At Draftvolt Textile Private Limited, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. This page explains how shipping works once you place an order with us.


Where We Ship

We currently deliver across India, covering metro cities, towns, and most remote areas.

For international shipping requests, you can contact us directly for availability.


Order Handling Time

Before your order is shipped, it goes through processing:

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day
  • During high-demand periods (sales or launches), processing may take slightly longer

Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier partners and location conditions.


Shipping Charges

We keep shipping simple and transparent:

  • Orders above ₹1099 → Free Shipping
  • Orders below ₹1099 → ₹199 standard shipping fee

Final charges are shown at checkout before payment.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation via email or SMS
  • A tracking ID with courier details

You can use this tracking ID to check real-time delivery updates.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in selected regions across India.

Please note:

  • COD availability may vary by PIN code
  • We may verify COD orders before dispatch
  • Orders may be cancelled if verification fails

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer not available
  • Refusal to accept the order

The package may be returned, and re-shipping charges may apply.


Delays in Delivery

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • High order volumes

We will always assist you in tracking and resolving delays, but we are not directly responsible for courier-side delays.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package looks damaged or opened:

  • Do not accept it if visibly unsafe
  • Record an unboxing video if possible
  • Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries caused by incomplete information

Lost or Missing Orders

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for loss or theft. However, we will support you in raising a claim with the courier service.
