At Draftvolt Textile Private Limited, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ve made our return and refund process simple and transparent.
Not Happy With Your Order?
You can request a return if your item:
- Arrived damaged or defective
- Is different from what you ordered
- Doesn’t fit as expected (subject to stock availability)
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with tags, packaging, and invoice intact
🕒 Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
Items That Can’t Be Returned
For hygiene and clearance reasons, some items are not eligible:
- Innerwear and intimate products
- Sale or discounted items marked as “final sale”
- Customized or altered products
- Gift cards or promotional items
How the Return Process Works

- Our team will review your request
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on next steps

Refunds — How You Get Your Money Back
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
Refund Options:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank transfer or store credit (if applicable)
- COD orders → refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Need a different size or replacement?
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item delivered
If the requested item is unavailable, you’ll receive a refund or store credit instead.

- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos or videos for verification
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Free return shipping for damaged or incorrect items
- For size exchanges or preference-based returns, shipping charges may apply

Changed your mind?
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Full refund will be issued if cancelled in time
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
